连着Application Form和Rosi上有Uhip的部分一起寄到Form上的地址，大概可以退回800 dollars！（不确定，不够的别找我，但多了可以给我 ^_^）
链接上说必须要有signed membership card，如果没有的话把membership card的application一起寄过去就OK了。
